Allie Frantz

Board MEMBER

Allie Frantz was appointed to the No Walls Ministry Board of Directors in 2023. Allie was first introduced to No Walls while she was a student in college needing to fulfill a community service requirement in the winter of 2021. Allie helped serve at the No Walls Second Saturday Picnic, and it wasn’t long before she was captured by the joy-filled community there that she knew she wanted to keep serving with the organization long-term.

Allie’s experience growing up as a missionary kid introduced her to vulnerable groups of people all over the world at a young age. It was then that Allie became passionate about being a part of the solution to help meet people’s basic needs and push for social and systemic changes. This passion followed Allie into college as she decided to study social work so that she could use her gifts to serve people better and to help ensure that everyone is treated with the God-given dignity and worth they deserve. After completing her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Liberty University in December of 2021, Allie joined the local non-profit, Miriam’s House, in January of 2022. While there, she has been working as a housing case manager alongside her team to end homelessness in Lynchburg.

During her time in college, Allie gained experience volunteering with Salvation Army and The Lighthouse Community Center, and interning at Iron Lives and Park View Community Mission where she learned about the specific needs of the Lynchburg community and the many resources that exist to help meet them. In her senior year, she was nominated by peers and faculty to receive the Community Service award presented by the Department of Social Work.

Allie has been a part of Gospel Community Church since the fall of 2021, and is excited to see how No Walls continues to encourage churches and the community to work together to meet needs and build relationships. In her free time, Allie enjoys spending time outside, walking dogs, and shopping at local businesses.
