Neal Massey
executive director
Neal is the Executive Director of the No Walls Ministry and joined the organization in 2020. In his role, Neal works with the Board of Directors to oversee the ministries that comprise the No Walls Ministry. He brings over thirty years of experience in organizational and leadership development to the ministry.
Neal entered nonprofit work with a passion for serving alongside all members of the community to care for others in need. He began his Christ-centered nonprofit experience in international mission work and then felt called to serve locally. To follow that call, Community Connected was formed as a faith-based organization and licensee of a model of natural support called Open Table. Serving those in poverty or who are transitioning from foster care or incarceration, volunteers make a long-term commitment to share their time and talents to support transformational change. Open Table has since become one of the ministries under the No Walls Ministry banner.
Neal holds a B. A. in Psychology from The University of Delaware and an M. S. in Organizational Development from George Mason University. He has been married to his wife Robin since 1981. They live in Bedford, Virginia, and attend Bedrock Community Church. They have been blessed to raise three daughters and love being grandparents to seven grandchildren.
